1. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

You are eligible to request a return only if:

  • The product was received damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • There was a mistake from our side


2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • Clear proof (pictures/video) must be provided

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.


3. Replacement Policy

If the issue is confirmed from our side, Luxique Collection will:

  • Replace the product with a new one

4. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Size issues (if correct product was delivered)

  • Used or damaged products not caused by us

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen resolution


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service.

Please make sure to check the parcel at the time of delivery. After acceptance, standard return policy conditions will apply.


6. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days with:

  • Order number

  • Clear images/videos of the product

  • Explanation of the issue
